Our Story
Having worked for 12 years in major cities for renowned brands like Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co., I excelled in my career but often neglected taking care of myself. My demanding work hours left me exhausted, longing for moments of self-care and rejuvenation. Unfortunately, salons seldom accommodated my last-minute scheduling, required excessive travel time and were inconsistent in quality.
During my MBA studies at IESE in Barcelona, I wanted to find a solution for women facing the same challenge—a busy schedule with limited time for self-care. That's when the concept of On the Glow was born. Drawing upon my experience in the luxury industry, I aimed create a quality and personalized beauty experience that placed the customer at the center. Now that I organize my own beauty routine through On the Glow, I am able to take care of my needs and become a better version of myself, both mentally and physically.
