All payment is done in advance online by credit or debit card, apple pay, or paypal. We do not accept cash payment but can do direct bank transfers.
Yes, you may tip your beauty professional if you'd like.
Bookings cancelled within 24 and 12 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50%. If you cancel with over 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. If we are able to reschedule your booking with the same or another therapist you will not be charged.

Yes- if you wish to rebook the with the same professional, you can select their name under the "professional" drop down menu on the service page before adding to cart.
The massage therapist will arrive with a massage table and sheets to cover the table and cover your body. Make sure there’s enough space to accommodate the massage table, leaving enough space for the therapist to move around it – a 2x3m space is ideal.
Make sure you have a socket available nearby and good lighting so that your nail technician can do their best work. Your nail technician will need hot water to soak your feet if you have booked a pedicure.
Yes, as long as the office or hotel allow our estheticians to work on site. Make sure your appointment address reflects where you want the service.

Yes you can, you can reschedule the appointment up to 24 hours in advance. The reschedule link is in your booking confirmation email. You can also contact client services by whatsapp or email contact@ontheglow.es.
Yes, we offer kids manicures and pedicures upon request. We can customize the manicure according to the age.
Yes, and we can customize your semi-permanent design manicure as you'd like. We recommend that you send us a picture of your ideal design and we will make sure that we have all the necessary equipment for the appointment.
